Desi Tip To Avoid Thirst In Ramadan 2014

This time in 2014 the month of Ramadan is going to happen in very hot summer days, especially in Pakistan. So, at this point I'm going to share kind of desi totka / tip to minimize water thirst.

According to the tip, you need to do your sehri with yogurt and roti (chapati or you may also call it a kind of bread). 5-10 minutes after taking yogurt+roti meal, drink tea made of Small cardamom. In last you can add couples of dates into your sehri meal also.

Hopefully after taking above special meal, you will less water thirst till iftar. So, thats how you can focus more on your Ramadan prayers during fasting. This totka/tip is quite popular in Pakistan villages.
