Enjoy Healthy Chicken Pakoras In Ramadan 2014 - Recipe

To make tasty chicken pakoras to serve at Iftar time in this Ramadan month. You need to first give a look at following list of ingredients:

  • Half kilogram boneless chicken.
  • Two cups of basin.
  • One teaspoon grinned red chili.
  • One teaspoon grinned cumin.
  • One teaspoon chopped Coriander.
  • One teaspoon of grounded sour.
  • Two teaspoons of Pomegranate grains.
  • Salt amount as desired.
  • Oil to fry pakoras depends on your pan size, etc.
  • Green coriander / mint 1/4th.

Method:

First chop chicken into small pieces. In a bowl mix basin, chicken pieces, green coriander, mint, and rest of other ingredients together and make thick blend of them using water.
Then in pan having hot oil start pouring that blend in form of pakoras using fingers or spoon. Make them fry till they start getting golden color. After that take them out of pan place them on plate covered with tissue paper. This will help to remove the extra dripping oil from pakoras. Now you can serve these pakoras with french fries, green coriander / mint chatni, ginger garlic, etc. Enjoy.
