You have heard and might also observe that many people highly recommend to eat healthy in Ramadan month and an excitement smile come on a sportsman's (especially on workout guys) face those who already have experience of Ramadan fasting and its blessings. Though, Ramadan is the month of peace, worship, sacrifice, pious, etc.

In the month of Ramadan because of fasting our body automatically cleans itself and give rest to its stomach and start absorbing efficiently all of the nutrients and utilizing all the meal.
