Ramadan 2014 - A Tip To Start Fasting Day
A/Salam everyone. Ramadan 2014 is almost about to start. It is the ninth month in Islamic calendar. Ramadan is the holy month. In the month of Ramadan all Muslims people across the world do their best to ensure fasting on each day in Ramadan.
One of the main reason to fast in Ramadan is to clean up soul. In this month people who do fast can get the same feelings as poor man can have with empty stomach because of not eating for a specific time period. That specific period lies in between, starts from dawn and ends when sunset starts. During this time Muslims don't eat. They take their meal in Sehri. Sehri is also known as by different names like suhoor, sehr and etc. As a tip, its better to finish your meal plus tea(optional) almost ten minutes before Fajr Azan. After 2-5 minutes brush your teeth. This time period of two to five minutes will protect your teeth from thermal shock and this can result temporary/permanently make damages in your teeth and can cause pain. So, its much better to take precautions. After brushing teeth and blowing water in throat by air. Do wudu properly. After that take little more water if feel necessary or you can also take 2-3 dates / khajoor. I have heard by some people that by taking dates in Sehri, during fast they feel less demand for food or water. In last, recite Dua -e- Sehri and then go for prayer after Azan/Adhan.
